POLICY FOR FACILITY RENTALS: Any Rental Requests must be submitted and approved BEFORE THE 25TH DATE OF THE MONTH PRIOR TO THE MONTH THE RENTAL WILL TAKE PLACE IN. Each new month we publish new facility schedule which we plan around all rental bookings. This applies for any Room, Gymnasium, or Pool reservation.

Before you book rental: Check with front desk about availability for the date and areas you would like. 
In order to book a rental: paperwork must be filled out by host and turned into the Switzerland County YMCA before the 25th date. Once Approved by Management, the YMCA will call host to take a $50 deposit over the phone. This must be paid in order to officially book.
